The inscriptions on the works must be made by the filmmakers or production companies in the Festival office located at the headquarters of the Cine Club Universitario de Maracaibo, Audiovisual Department Culture Directorate of the University of Zulia (high Ziruma sector, near the service station clover). The Organizing Committee will provide the producer or the production company for an official receipt for all collections presented.

The inscription on the Festival Manuel Trujillo Durán shall entitle the participant to obtain a certificate issued by the Organizing Committee stating that the participation in it, with the identification of the registered works.
