This 52-minute production directed by filmmaker Carlos Caridad Montero and belonging to the thematic series "Twentieth Century Venezuela " Bolívar Films Film Archive, shows the evolution of the city of Maracaibo during the last century, while trying to explain what factors have driven this particular way of being of Maracaibo, expressed in a regional framework.
